TrainerBio is one link for your entire training business. Sell programs, capture leads, and get paid — all from one professional page. Create your branded page, share one link across all your social media, and let clients purchase digital products and contact you. It's like a link-in-bio tool, but specifically built for fitness professionals.

Sign up for a free account, claim your unique handle (e.g., trainerbio.com/yourname), complete your profile with a photo and bio, and start adding your services or digital products. Your page is instantly live and ready to share!

No! TrainerBio replaces the need for a traditional website. Your TrainerBio page serves as your online hub where clients can find everything they need. Simply share your unique TrainerBio URL in your social media bios, and you're all set.

TrainerBio is purpose-built for personal trainers and fitness professionals. Unlike Linktree (generic, and a 12% fee to sell on its free plan), Stan Store (5% platform fees), or website builders (complex, expensive), TrainerBio gives you everything in one place: integrated Stripe payments, enquiry management, digital product delivery, and analytics—all tailored specifically for fitness businesses.

Linktree is great for links, but it's generic and its free plan takes a 12% fee on sales. Stan Store charges 5% on every sale, which adds up fast. Website builders like Squarespace or Wix are complex and expensive. TrainerBio is purpose-built for trainers: sell programs, capture leads, get paid — all from one link. Even our Free plan includes full appearance customization, up to 5 featured links per page, every testimonial and page views. Our Pro plan (£4.99/month) has 0% platform fees, so you keep 100% of your sales.

TrainerBio offers a generous Free plan with full appearance customization, up to 5 featured links per page, your default enquiry form plus one custom form, every testimonial, page views, and unlimited digital products (15% platform fee). Our Pro plan is just £4.99/month, starts with a 14-day free trial, and removes the platform fee entirely — you keep 100% of your earnings (minus Stripe's processing fee). Pro also includes unlimited links and forms, unlimited AI Form Builder (Free gets one AI-built form), Google Sheets sync, auto-replies, review requests, page themes and engagement tools.

Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, once per account. Start it from the Plans page in your dashboard: you add a card, every Pro feature switches on straight away, and we email you before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing; otherwise it continues at £4.99/month. Signing up to TrainerBio itself is free and needs no card.

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can then continue using TrainerBio on the Free plan. Cancel during your 14-day free trial and you are never charged.

You don't need a TrainerBio account. Go to trainerbio.com/manage-subscription, enter the email you used when you subscribed, and we'll send you a secure link to manage your membership — update your payment details or cancel anytime. The link works without any password because it's tied to your email. Every welcome and renewal email we send also includes a “Manage your subscription” button that takes you to the same place.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely.

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.

You'll keep all your products and data. However, the 15% platform fee will apply to your sales again, featured links beyond 5 per page and custom forms beyond one will be hidden (never deleted), auto-replies, review requests and Google Sheets sync will pause, engagement tools and page themes will stop showing, and TrainerBio branding will reappear. You can upgrade back to Pro anytime to restore everything.

You can sell any type of digital content including workout programs, meal plans, training guides, e-books, video courses, templates, nutrition guides, and more. Files can be PDFs, videos, spreadsheets, or any downloadable format.

We use Stripe Connect for secure payments. You'll need to set up a Stripe Connect account (takes ~5 minutes), then payments from your sales will be transferred directly to your bank account. You have full control over your pricing and keep the majority of your revenue.

On the Free plan, TrainerBio charges a 15% platform fee on each sale. Upgrade to Pro (£4.99/month) to remove the platform fee entirely. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply (typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards). Full fee details are available in your dashboard.

After purchase, clients receive an instant email with a secure download link. They can also access their purchases anytime from their account on your TrainerBio page. Download links are protected and unique to each purchase.

Yes! Set your product price to £0 to offer free downloads. This is great for lead magnets, free guides, or preview content to attract new clients. No platform fee applies to free products.

Files up to 100MB per file are supported on the Free plan, and up to 500MB per file on the Pro plan. If you have larger files, contact our support team for options.

Clients can fill out an enquiry form on your TrainerBio page to get in touch. You receive instant email notifications and can view, respond to, and manage all your leads from your dashboard. Keep track of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions all in one place.

Free users get a default enquiry form plus one custom form with the fields you choose — add dropdowns, checkboxes, date pickers, and more — and one form built by the AI Form Builder. Pro users can create as many custom forms as they like for different services, and use the AI Form Builder, which generates a form from a description, as often as they like.

You can respond directly from your dashboard, and your replies are sent via email to the client. All communication history is saved in your Leads section so you never lose track of a conversation.

Yes! You can archive leads to keep your dashboard organized, or permanently delete them if needed. Archived leads can be restored at any time.

Yes! All users get full appearance customization — themes, colors, card gradients, fonts, avatar settings, and more. You can also add your profile photo, bio, location, social media links, and up to 5 featured links per page. Pro takes the TrainerBio branding off your page.

Custom domain support is coming soon! For now, your page will be accessible at trainerbio.com/yourhandle. Stay tuned for updates.

Go to your Profile settings in the dashboard, and add links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social platforms. These will appear as icons on your TrainerBio page.
