Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can then continue using TrainerBio on the Free plan.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely.
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.
You'll keep all your products and data. However, the 30% platform fee will apply to your sales again. Advanced features like detailed analytics will be disabled. You can upgrade back to Pro anytime to remove the fee and restore all features.
You can sell any type of digital content including workout programs, meal plans, training guides, e-books, video courses, templates, nutrition guides, and more. Files can be PDFs, videos, spreadsheets, or any downloadable format.
We use Stripe Connect for secure payments. You'll need to set up a Stripe Connect account (takes ~5 minutes), then payments from your sales will be transferred directly to your bank account. You have full control over your pricing and keep the majority of your revenue.
On the Free plan, TrainerBio charges a 30% platform fee on each sale. Upgrade to Pro (£3.99/month) to remove the platform fee entirely. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply (typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards). Full fee details are available in your dashboard.
After purchase, clients receive an instant email with a secure download link. They can also access their purchases anytime from their account on your TrainerBio page. Download links are protected and unique to each purchase.
Yes! Set your product price to £0 to offer free downloads. This is great for lead magnets, free guides, or preview content to attract new clients. No platform fee applies to free products.
Files up to 100MB per file are supported on the Free plan, and up to 500MB per file on the Pro plan. If you have larger files, contact our support team for options.

Go to your Profile settings in the dashboard, and add links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social platforms. These will appear as icons on your TrainerBio page.
Your handle is permanent once set to ensure your links remain consistent. If you absolutely need to change it, contact our support team and we can help on a case-by-case basis.
